Annual Maintenance Fee
The pleasant environment we all enjoy at Fortescue Park is funded by the annual subscription to the Residents’ Association which is currently £330 per household for 2024 (£360 if paid after 31st March 2024 or not fully paid by 31st December 2024).
The maintenance fees for 2024 are due and you should have received your invoice at the start of January 2024. Please do let us know if not received.
Unpaid Fees
If you have a dispute with the association please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out. Otherwise a charge will be made against the house and the amount will need to be settled in full in the event of the sale of the house.
